Background[]
The EP was announced via Twitter on July 3, 2013, and includes acoustic versions of three songs from The Midsummer Station, namely "Good Time", "Shooting Star", and "Gold".[1] In addition, the EP also includes two new songs, namely "Hey Anna" and "I Hope You Think of Me".[2]

Critical reception[]
- The EP was met with mostly positive reviews. Louder Than Music gave the EP 3.5/5 stars[3], while other reviews netted less positive results. Indie Vision Music gave a dismal 2/5 star rating, citing that the EP "should have never been made."[4]
Trivia[]
- The two new tracks, "Hey Anna" and "I Hope You Think of Me", could refer to Adam Young's previous girlfriend Ann-Marie. If so, "Lonely Lullaby" could also refer to her as Ann-Marie, since she was mentioned in the song's main chorus.
